Tuna Heritage

​Hassan's family has caught tuna for centuries. He builds fishing boats over hundred feet long with no blue print except the one in his head. ​

He now owns and operates 2 custom built for catching yellowfin tuna using hand line. His crew of seventeen is mindful their catch may go to a Michelin star restaurant in New York, a sushi bar is Paris or an eatery in Osaka. Maintaining high standards is a matter of pride.
