The mighty yellowfin tuna is one of the
most high value seafood in the world. 
 It has a distinct mild flavour    and a
firm  texture. The flesh is deep red
while raw, and is often used for sashimi,
carpaccio, gourmet, and grilling. 

​Fresh, Chilled

We receive yellowfin tuna everyday of
the year,  and ship fresh ​chilled whole fish
and   portions daily to cities in Europe and USA.   
 Fresh  yellowfin  has a shelf life of 12 days.

​Frozen

Our  frozen yellowfin portions are
  rapidly blast frozen down to -40c   to 
maintain   taste, colour and texture.    We
offer a large range of cuts, all of which 
has ​a shelf life of  over 2 years.
